Dance Lounge

The Dance Lounge is the top story of the Dance Club. It is usually decorated for parties. Penguins can play both Astro Barrier and Thin Ice here. Astro Barrier at one time was the only game there, but later a large crate was placed in the Lounge, revealing the release of Thin Ice. The music of the Dance Club can be faintly heard when in the Lounge.

The Dance Lounge was opened around early 2006.

The two games available here are known as “arcade” games. There are named Thin Ice and Astro Barrier.

No matter what party takes place, the music never changes in the Dance Lounge.

An exception to this is the Christmas Party 2008, when the Dance Lounge was transformed into Santa’s Workshop.

Another exception to this is the Dance-A-Thon party, when the Dance Lounge was transformed into the “instruments room”.

Yet another exception to this was during the Music Jam 2009, when it was changed into a recording room.

The Dance Lounge was the controller of a submarine during the sub-marine party.

During the 2008 April Fool’s Day Party, the two Arcade Games were tipped over, and in the middle stood an arcade game called Thinicetrobarrier, which is like Astro Barrier but with the black puffle from Thin Ice instead of a ship and the music came from Thin Ice.

At the Sub-marine party 2008,the lounge looked like a Captin Quarters.

On June 20th, 2008 there was a earthquake that destroyed the entire Town Center, many penguins think Herbert P. Bear was looking for something. There were cracks on the ground, chairs and tables fell over and the soda almost fell.

During the Music Jam Party, the Dance Lounge became a music video recording room.

During the 2008 Halloween Party, there was a short movie clip of Night Of The Living Sled.

During the 2008 Halloween Party the Cake pin was moved to a wooden table.

During the 2009 Dance-A-Thon Members-only Party there was a Noise Maker 3000 where you could mix the sounds of different objects.

There was also an entrance to the Rooftop. Non-members couldn’t play the arcade games which was even MORE unfair.

At the Halloween party 2009, Night of the Living Sled 2 was held here,and there was Thin Ice and Astro Barrier themed pumpkins.

During the Holiday Party 2009, the lounge was “Santa’s Workshop” and the entrance to the Magic Sleigh Ride was also here.

It is now turning into a dating place like the Coffee Shop and the Pizza Parlor.

Another exception was during the Holiday Party 2009, where it was once again Santa’s Workshop and the entrance to the Magic Sleigh Ride.

There was a plant pin located on one of the plants in the Lounge in 2006.

The cake pin that appeared during the Anniversary party replaced the soda can.

There is a curtain placed in the room, which is too high for penguins to reach, for which it’s meaning is unknown. A penguin submitted a question referring to it, and Aunt Arctic replied saying she also didn’t know what it was for.

Behind the curtain was the entrance to the Night Club Rooftop.

Music

There are various types of music that are played in most areas and games of Club Penguin. Some rooms always have music, like the Pizza Parlour which has what sounds like, a live band to give that restaurant feel, while sometimes rooms have music for special occasions only. Igloos with music players and games have music as well.

Here Is Some Theories  I Came Up With

The Water Party 2010 is caused by the waterfall flooding the island, soon to lead up to Card-Jitsu Water.

Instead of the black puffle, pink puffles will represent Card-Jitsu Water

You can take your pink puffle and amulet in the game.

Around September, the waterfall will drown Club Penguin you have to collect both watery and fiery items (goes the same with snow (snowy and watery). G also invents a Weightmaker 3000. It requires 10-20 flippers. Penguins step on it and it will lift penguins up. The room mode is like the Ice Rink but bubbles come out of the flippers. The Weightmaker 4000 is in the 3rd level of Aqua Grabber for a limited time. You have to bump the machine onto the giant button and it distracts the squid(s) making it smaller.

At October, the waterfall will make big clouds of rain.

Here is how you play: You start in a bubble. You move around and bump people. When you’re bumped, you lose energy. When 2 people bump each other at the same time, you start a round of Card-Jitsu.

2nd theory of playing: It is kind of like Card-Jitsu Fire. When you lose you fall down the waterfall and end up in the Ninja Hideout. The inner ring is turned into a wheel

Fire Ninja

You can only gain the status of a Fire Ninja by defeating Sensei, and the more you progress through the game, the more fire items you get. Once you have all the items, you must face Sensei to get a fire gem for your amulet.

As a Fire Ninja, you can light up the fire tile in the Ninja Hideout

All the moderators and famous penguins (eg. Rockhopper) are ninjas and fire ninjas.

Fire Ninjas can do special actions when wearing the full costume.

It is possible to just verse Sensei once and become a Fire Ninja.

These are the item codes: Fiery Helmet (ID: 1086), Lava Mask (ID: 2013), Amulet (ID: 3032), Magma Coat (ID: 4120), Flame Sandals (ID: 6025).

If you try to unlock these items you can get banned.

 

Yarr

Yarr is Rockhopper’s red puffle. He was the first red puffle ever seen in Club Penguin Island and Rockhopper Island. Yarr can be seen atop the mast of the Migrator. Yarr was named so because he always responded to Rockhopper when he shouted “yarr”. Yarr is one the most popular puffles in Club Penguin, along with the Keeper of the Boiler Room. Penguins have been seen attempting to speak to him. When Rockhopper landed in his lifeboat many penguins were seen standing under Yarr and pretending to be him. Yarr loves to go surfing and is an adventorous puffle

In fact, when penguins play Catchin’ Waves, Club Penguin added a new feature where penguins could surf with their red puffles if they walked them to Catchin’ Waves. It has also been found that Rockhopper wants to get Yarr a silver surfboard for Christmas, as he says it on the notice board in the Captain’s Quarters. You can sometimes see Yarr surfing in front of the Migrator when it’s coming towards Club Penguin Island

When Rockhopper arrived 27 February 2009 and May 2009, Yarr couldn’t be seen on the Migrator, this is because Rockhopper was seen walking Yarr on his Player card.

During the Fall Fair 2009, if you slid your mouse over the Migrator when on the main page with the tour guide and the video, you would see Yarr jump along the Crow’s Nest.

Many penguins enjoy calling red puffles Yarr.

Before the Puffle Party 2009, Yarr was seen on The Migrator.

For the Christmas Party 2009, Yarr decorated the Migrator for Christmas and wears a Santa hat.

When Rockhopper throws a Snowball, Yarr pulls out a mini-telescope.

Some penguins think that if you can’t see Yarr from the Crow’s Nest, Rockhopper is online. This has not been proven true or false.

According to the 229th issue of the newspaper, Yarr is missing on March 4th, 2010, when the Migrator docked.

There are rumors that Herbert stole Yarr, because Herbert’s upcoming plan involves puffles.

Some penguins think that Yarr is hiding in the Mine Cave, due to some other puffles in there.

When Rockhopper came on March 4th 2010, he said that Yarr was missing.

101 Days Of Fun Characters

They only appear in the 101 Days of Fun ads, and the ads in the Newspaper. In one case, they appeared in the Adventure Party ad. They also appeared in a few wallpapers from the Community section of the Club Penguin website. They also appeared on the What’s New Blog a few times!

They might come back in 101 Days of Fun 2010 (if it happens).

It is possible that they are normal penguins.

Lots of penguins use the clothing these characters have and pretend they are famous.

Their names are unknown.

The lime green penguin seems to have bad luck, as in the wallpaper that they are sledding, he is flying off.

They all are featured on a card in Card-Jitsu, however this isn’t a power card.

Some penguins hack to get their clothes.

Outfits

One boy is a dark blue penguin, has a yellow ball cap, a silver watch, and an explorers outfit.

The other boy is a lime green penguin that has a red propeller cap, a brown unibrow, a green/blue polo, and black checkered shoes.

One girl is a peach penguin wearing the Freestyler, a blue ball cap, white diva sunglasses, a star necklace, and a music note shirt.

The other girl is a yellow penguin wearing The Flutterby, a camera, and an Spring skirt.

Tour Guide

The Tour Guide project began on January 26, 2007, with the intent of helping newcomers find their way around Club Penguin. To become a tour guide, a penguin must be at least 45 days old and have had no more than one ban (or sufficiently good behavior after a ban). Being a member is not required.

To apply, one goes to the Tour Booth in the Ski Village and takes a quiz. The eight-question quiz tests one’s knowledge such as to where things are located, puffle facts, game play, and so forth. Answering seven out of the eight questions correctly wins a Tour Guide hat, which can be found in one’s clothing inventory. Only those who have passed the test and have the hat are official tour guides.

The Tour Guide headquarters is the Tour Booth.

When a penguin wears only the Tour Guide hat and waves, a “Tours Here” sign appears. Another option while wearing the hat (with or without other items) is giving pre-written messages about the current room. To do this, one clicks the Messages icon, selects Activities, then clicks “Give a Tour”. Messages about the room will then appear. Even the HQ has these pre-written messages, even though only penguins that are 30 days and older and that have not been banned twice may access the HQ. The main purpose of a tour guide is to help new penguins around.

If your penguin is a tour guide and then is banned afterward, you will lose your tour guide privileges. You can retake the tour guide test if you want to.

Gamma Girl

Gamma Gal is a super heroine who works with Shadow Guy. She was a main character in the play Squidzoid Vs. Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal. at the Stage. She is partners with Shadow Guy.

 Costume

 She wears a pink and white costume complete with a pink mask, cape, and a belt the says GG, her initials. Her color is often yellow in pictures but can vary depending on the players choice.

 Powers and Abilities

Can shoot glowing pink plasma from her hands.

Can shoot yellow lightning bolts when her plasma is combined with Shadow Guy’s shadow waves.

Can transform into a pink ball of plasma and fly around.

 Trivia

Gamma Gal, along with Shadow Guy, appear in Card Jitsu as a special attack.

Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal’s costumes are used in a play called “Squidzoid Vs. Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal”.

Members could buy both Shadow Guy’s and Gamma Gal’s costume.

She is a parody of Lava Girl (including her anger power) in the movie The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl in 3-D.

If a penguin wore the Gamma Gal Costume and did the wave action, the penguin will do the Plasma Glow Wave (a pink, glowing circle will be floating on top of the penguin while his/her hands are raising up). The same thing occurs to Shadow Guy, except that it is in a different color, which is blue.

The Gamma Gal’s costume is also in the Treasure Book, which you can get for free by getting a toy code.

She appears on a membership card along with Shadow Guy.

According to the script of Squidzoid vs Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal, Gamma Gal’s power is called “Plasma Glow Wave”.

Some penguins call her “Gamma Girl”.

She is 1 of the 2 official super-heroes on CP.
